ID Photo Submission

Your Wesleyan ID is your key to campus and grants you access to Kentucky Wesleyan College facilities and services. To avoid standing in a long line on campus, submit your photo to have your ID created and ready for you on day one! As an official photo, it must meet certain guidelines, included below.

Photos must be recent, taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
Taken clear/in-color and full-face view directly facing the camera - shoulders high only.
Photo must be centered and taken on a solid white/light colored background.
Photo Submissions that will not be accepted:
- No senior portraits allowed.
- Photos with shadows, hair or clothing obscuring the face are not acceptable
- No headphones, devices or other similar items
- No dark glasses or non-prescription glasses with tinted lens
- No hats or head coverings may be worn, unless for religious purposes. Your face must be visible and the head covering cannot obscure your hairline or cast shadows on your face.
- No group shots - only you in the photo.

Student photo submissions are manually reviewed. You will be notified by the Student Life Office if your photo is rejected and we will ask you to submit another photo. Questions? Contact the Student Life Office at 270-852-3285.
