Please use this form to submit transcripts, test scores or documents to be added to your admission file at Kentucky Wesleyan College. All documents submitted through this form will be considered unofficial.

To submit official documents, they must be sent directly to Kentucky Wesleyan College from the test provider (CollegeBoard, ACT, etc.), from the high school or college/university.
