Change of Campus Notification Form

By completing this form, you are notifying Kentucky Wesleyan College officials your intention to switch campuses at Kentucky Wesleyan College, between on-campus and online campuses.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge:

• Available programs of study differ between campuses. If you are pursuing a major or minor through your current campus that is not offered through your intended campus, you will need to change your program of study (unless the program requirements are already complete with your previous coursework). • If your campus change involves a change of your major, that change must be approved prior to submitting your campus change request. It is important that you speak with an advisor from your intended campus to better understand the pros and cons of changing campuses and the program application process: Registrar Forms – Kentucky Wesleyan College
• Kentucky Wesleyan Online courses are largely offered in accelerated 7-week sessions. This format is more intensive than a standard semester. It requires students to create balanced schedules with fewer concurrent courses that are spread amongst multiple sessions throughout a term. Students can take up to 9 units in a 7-week session.
• Before switching your campus, students should ensure that they have access to the necessary technology to be successful. To review recommended computer system requirements and supported browsers, visit the Academic Bulletin.
• Tuition rates vary depending on your campus. You are encouraged to review current cost of attendance to determine the best fit for you. To compare the cost differences among the campuses, learn more about tuition and costs.
• Students can enroll in one campus at a time during a given semester. Students can change campus multiple times throughout their academic journey, as needed or desired. However, the assigned campus cannot be changed within a given semester once a student has paid tuition. Campus change requests must be submitted no later than 10 working days before the start of the semester or session.
• Kentucky Wesleyan College does not provide institutional aid for online students. If you currently receive institutional aid then this award will be forfeited if you choose to change campuses into to the online program. Online programs are eligible for Federal financial aid (such as Pell grants, student loans, and military/VA benefits).
