Appeal Requirements

Institutional Aid is allotted for 8 semesters at Kentucky Wesleyan College. To complete this appeal for future financial aid eligibility, students must submit a letter, documentation, indicate the types of aid needed, and semester of graduation.

1. Write a one-page letter explaining in detail the circumstances under which you were unable to complete your degree within the traditional 8 semesters. In the letter, please indicate how much time you will need to finish your degree requirements and graduate from KWC.

2. Please attach documentation (e.g., doctor's/hospital statements, letter from counselor, letter from work supervisor, etc.) to support your appeal.

I understand that the decision of the Financial Aid Department is final and cannot be overturned by the College or the U.S. Department of Education.
